Railay Beach is one of the many stunningly beautiful attractions in southern Thailand. Earlier this year, I was backpacking through the country. From the city of Krabi, I took a ferry to Koh Lanta, an island just off the coast. To get to Koh Lanta, we boated through the karst limestone cliffs of Railay Beach that laid a jaw-dropping backdrop to the tropical waters. Check this awesomeness out:

Thailand is an amazing destination for any adventurer. Not only do you get jungles, mountains, wonderful food, and smiling faces, you get breathtaking beaches. There are so many islands off the coast of Southern Thailand, either in the Gulf of Thailand or Andaman Sea. I recently made my way to Koh Lanta, an island within earshot of Krabi, Railay Beach, and Koh Phi Phi. I was lucky to get some really great weather and spent a handful of days living beachside on the very Southern tip of the island. There was no hustle and bustle, no people. Just me and the tide.
