Eat This: Bibimbap in South Korea

Meaning “mixed rice,” Bibimbap is a bowl full of goodness.  A signature dish of South Korea, the rice bowl is topped with seasonal vegetables, gochujang (spicy chili paste), and sometimes an egg or beef.  I ate this one at the airport in South Korea (ICN), and had 3 more on my flight to follow.  I loved it so much, that I make this for dinner multiple times per week.  Oh yeah, South Korean food always has wonderful condiments and one you can’t miss is kimchi– spicy and garlicky fermented cabbage.
