Hainanese chicken rice might be one of Singapore’s most famous dishes.  While eating my way through Singapore earlier this year, I stopped at the Maxwell Food Centre (for breakfast and dinner) to try some amazing food.  Singaporean cuisine is truly unique, because it’s influenced by Malay, Chinese, Indonesian, Indian, and other regional cuisines.  This simple, yet mouthwatering plate of chicken and rice was a highlight of my eating binge in Singapore.
